It rained......

yep... i´m currently sitting in my own little puddle of water while i´m typing this email. I came from the house to the Lan house (computer shop) and got soaked... haha! i guess that means that my future wife will just be beautiful. Its not the first time that i´ve been drenched in my mission and for some horrible feeling I dont think that it will be the last... =(

Well this week was pretty stinking awesome! becuase i´ve finally been able to use one of my talents to teach someone. in fact 3 of my talents to teach someone. =) let me explain the first talent. =) There was a Young woman in the ward named Ana Vitoria. we were just making some small talk and the subject came up of what i did before the mission I told her that i played way to many video games Sang in a choir and played guitar. that 3rd one grabbed her attention. ;) she said that she wanted to learn how to play guitar a lot. so i made a deal with her. I told her that if she could bring someone to church on sunday I would teach her the basics of guitar. she accepted the deal. So this sunday she brought a friend to church. =) and so a promise was a promise. I had to play guitar... and get a free investigater... haha! talk about a win win situation... =)

Talent number 2! well its sort of a talent. but we started an english class. while at the english class we had a couple more less actives come back to church. I wanted to teach something that would be interesting to them and so I taught some simple phrases like "whats your name" "how old are you" etc. we then moved on to the fun part. Slang... =) so I Taught them stuff like "Whats up dude" "Flip" "Fetch" and "Dangit" Amongst other Slang words. =) I´m sure they enjoyed it. =)

Talent number 3! I think i told you guys awhile back that I learned how to Beat box while i´ve been on the mission. well my companion was like a pro Hip Hop dancer before the mission. So with his dancing and my beat boxing we were able to talk to a huge group of young men and young women. I gave them a beat and they had an improv Rap off in portugues. that was pretty much freaking awesome.

we invited them all to go to church. they are all part of a huge dance group and they invited my Comp to teach them a little bit of what he knows. he asked if we could leave a short message along with the dance steps. they agreed. =) the mission is so much more fun and effective when you can figure out how to be yourself amongst the people. It made this week just be really a lot of fun.

Any way. life is going good as you can probably tell. =) hope all is well there! talk to you all next week.. the pictures are of me with a lizard that i caught. My new Zone and my Trunky wall right next to where I study. =) I miss you family!
