I'm Alive!!!!!!

 

Well I made it!!! I´m alive and well and have made it to the mission presidents house. And, just like every other missionary who goes into a foriegn field... I have no idea what the heck people are saying... its kinda ridiculous but ... I´ll learn... plus i´m now typing on a portugese keyboard and its pretty similar except everything that you right pinkey is used to doing is all completly different... its weird...

so i now know what its like to be in a minority... I´m not the whitest guy but everyone some how knows that i´m the american... haha! probably because they ask the simplest of questions and I have no clue how to respond... Gah!!! oh well... HOWEVER!!! I must say i´ve improved! I Can now understand people when the speak very slow instead of not understanding them at all... WOO

So...Yep i´m alive... my ears feel like they are cotton... Everyone here stares at me... I couldnt be in a better place. hahaha! I cant tell you, how in all honesty, i´m super excited about being here. even though I hardly understand, I´m glad to be here finally. =)

anyway. I better get going. I´m sure i´ll have some stories for the next week. Tchau Todo mundo!
