That's pretty neat...

thats me and my companions new saying. =) anything that happens is just neat!

Hey there everybody! hope all is well in the orem. life here is going very well. =) i´m loving just about everything about this ward here. they have a kick but leadership here and i´m loving every minute of having a bishop AND a Ward Mission Leader who actually do their job right! its been pretty much fantastic.

So this week we had a problem happen at the bus stop. We had a Zone meeting where we had to go to a different area. So on the way home from this meeting we were trying to take a bus right to were we would have lunch that day. we asked one of the workers at the terminal if he knew of a bus that passed by a specific street he told us and right when he told us the bus showed up. WE RAN to catch the bus before it left. I practically jump on the bus. Sadly none of the other missionaries made it. The doors close and the Bus leaves. And i´m completely ALONE in a very crowded bus (thats poeticly deep). so I just wait for the next stop get off and go back to the terminal as fast as I can. I get back to the terminal and the other missionaries had already left and abandonded me in the bus stop. to make it even better is before I got on the bus the other elders, the ZL´s, gave me their phone to call and confirm lunch. so i have their phone, my phone, and i´m alone. It was just a joke. so get on the next bus back to Siqueiras campos and head home. after about a half hour of waiting at home I finally get a phone call from the member whos was providing lunch and she told me that the other 3 were already at here house and that I could come whenever... It was quite the adventure.

Also this week we had another miracle service project. we were talking with one of our less active sisters and she showed us that part of her house was full of mold dirt and rats. I told her that this was an unacceptable way to live pretty much and we went to the bishop and told him about the problem he told us that he had the know how to fix it up with new concrete flooring and to fix the broken sink that was there. we also got in contact with the president of the elders quorum and the relief society and had all the help from the ward cleaning and moving and placing concrete. we had all the sisters from the ward making a lunch for the hard work of the brethren and to show their love for the family. it was simply another way to show that god knows how to work miracles. it was a very similar situation to that of fixing the doors of the investigator in my last area. when things seemed to be missing someone or something just apeared to make the service project go well. it was just a great experience

Well thats about all the time I got this week. Hope that you guys are all well and happy and healthy. Give misty a hug for me! and know that i´m alive and well! Till Next week!
